Liebherr SBS244 IceCenter Side-by-Side for Ice and Water Dispensing Repair

The IceCenter sets the SBS244 apart: a 48-inch stainless pair that adds an ice and water dispenser to the usual BioFresh arrangement, and it shows up only in the 2013 design guide. A large 9.5 cubic foot freezer holds the dispenser side, while the refrigerator column carries the BioFreshPlus compartment.
Dispenser problems start with water. We inspect the supply line, the valve and the filter first, then check the dispenser paddle and chute for ice that has fused. If the ice is clumping, we look at the freezer door seal because humid air is what binds cubes together.
On the refrigerator column we measure BioFreshPlus against the shelves and test the fan. We write the price before any work, and the repair is covered by our 30-day workmanship warranty.
A clogged filter, a half-closed shutoff or scale in the valve cuts flow. We swap in a fresh filter if needed, test flow at the valve, and replace the valve when it fails the test.
BioFreshPlus is a further compartment for the most perishable food, held in a cold, humidity-controlled setting. We test its sensor and airflow the same way as the standard BioFresh drawers.
Humid air reaching the bin melts cube edges, which then refreeze into a block. A leaking freezer gasket is the usual cause. We repair the seal and clear the chute so ice drops freely again.
