Liebherr MW1801 Built-In Wine Cabinet Across Multiple Temperatures Repair

The MW1801 sits in the same family of built-in multi-temperature wine cabinets as the MW1800, set into cabinetry so the bottles are within reach of the kitchen or bar. Its zones let reds, whites and sparkling wines live at their own temperatures.
When it calls for service we check the zone that is wrong, using a probe in place of the display. Then we test the compressor start, the fan and the defrost. Gaskets get a paper-strip check, and the vent grille gets a cleaning. Lights and display follow. You receive a written price before work begins.
The visit ends with a probe check in each zone to confirm the cabinet has settled at the temperatures you chose. The price is written down before any part is ordered.
Cold air is spilling from the evaporator into the top shelf, or the sensor is misreading. We probe, then repair the damper or replace the sensor.
It shows the temperature it reads, which is only as accurate as the sensor. A probe check tells us if the display and the cabinet agree.
For most checks, yes. If we must reach the cooling surface we ask you to move a few shelves of bottles, and we handle them with care.
