Liebherr WGB7470 Freestanding Wine Cabinet Without Cabinetry Repair

The WGB7470 is a freestanding wine cabinet, meant to stand in a dining room, den or kitchen without being built into cabinetry. It still needs air around it, and many problems start when it is pushed hard against a wall.
We measure the clearance, clean the condenser area and check the compressor cycle. Inside, probes show the real temperature. Fan, sensor and defrost tests follow. We also look at the door seal and the leveling feet, because a cabinet that leans lets the door swing open slightly. Our written price comes before any parts are ordered.
Moving the cabinet is rarely needed, since we work from the front and the sides and protect your floors. Parts come with a written price first, and the repair is covered for 30 days. We leave the cabinet level and the door closing square.
Leave a few inches of space at the back and sides so heat can leave the cabinet. One pressed flat against a wall runs hotter and cools less well, and we measure the clearance for you.
The cabinet is out of level, or the gasket is worn. We level the feet, test how the door closes on its own and replace the gasket if it has lost its grip.
Access is easier, which shortens a visit, but parts cost the same either way. The price depends on what has failed, and we quote in writing before beginning the work.
