Liebherr W5250 Wine Fridge Across Temperature Zones Repair

The W5250 is a multi-temperature wine fridge, with areas set for different wines. Zone control depends on sensors, an airflow path and a damper, and any of the three can go off.
We map the temperatures with probes first, then follow the airflow from the evaporator through the damper. Fans, sensors and the compressor start are tested in turn. Frost on the cooling surface sends us to the defrost parts. Seals and vents come last. You get a written price before any part is ordered.
We write down the zone temperatures we measure before and after the repair, so you can see what changed. A written price comes first, and the work carries a 30-day warranty. Bottles remain in place for most checks.
A damper or sensor is no longer separating the airflow between the areas. We test both with probes in each zone and set the zones back to the temperatures you chose.
A few tenths of a degree around the setting is normal. Swings of several degrees mean a sensor, fan or seal needs attention, and we measure the cabinet over a full cycle to see what is happening.
Direct sun raises the load on the cooling system and warms the cabinet. Keep it out of sunlight, and we can check how it copes with its current spot and suggest a better one.
