The MRB3010 is the 30-inch step up from the MRB2410, built for larger households that want more refrigerated space in a fully integrated column. Its panel is flush with the surrounding cabinets, so a door that has shifted by even a little will keep sounding the open-door alert.
That alert is where we begin. We check how the door lines up, how the seal meets the cabinet and whether the door switch registers correctly. Next we test the sensors and control board that manage the BioFresh drawers. On setups with an ice maker, we also inspect the water line, the inlet valve and the ice mold. Every repair is priced in writing before we start.

The door sits slightly out of alignment, or the switch is not registering. We adjust the hinges, test the switch and look at the seal. Once the door closes squarely the alert stops.
Some configurations include an ice maker. If yours does, we inspect the water line, the inlet valve and the mold when ice production slows or stops. Without an ice maker, those checks are skipped.
