On Liebherr US WF1061 and WFI1061 cabinets, such as the WF 1061 and WFI 1061, the temperature display shows FE when the appliance has a failure. The guidance is to contact customer service. FE replaces the temperature number you normally see, so the cabinet no longer reports its temperature on screen while the failure is present, which is why the number is worth reporting to us.
1. Note the FE reading on the display. 2. Switch the cabinet off for a minute and on again. 3. If FE remains, keep the door closed and check the interior by touch. 4. Call us to book a visit.
FE means the appliance has a failure, and it replaces the usual temperature reading. The instruction is to contact customer service, and we handle that visit.
Feel the interior. If it is still cool, cooling is running even though the display cannot show it. If it feels warmer than normal, move your valuable bottles elsewhere.
Only briefly. With FE showing you cannot read the temperature, so avoid long storage until the repair is done and the display shows numbers again.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
