On Liebherr Monolith MRB, MF and MCB columns such as the MRB 3000, MF 3051 and MCB 3050, "DemoMode" is a showroom setting. While it is active the cooling circuit is switched off, so the display works but the interior warms up. It is turned off in the menu; on the MRB the deactivation asks for the code 151. The older WF1061 shows DEMO lit up in the same situation.
1. Open the menu on the touch panel and find the DemoMode setting. 2. Switch it off; on the MRB enter the code 151 when asked. 3. Listen for the cooling to start and check that temperatures begin falling. 4. Move food back only after the interior is cold again. If the setting will not clear, call us.
Look for DemoMode, the showroom setting that switches the cooling circuit off. The screen works, but the interior never gets cold. Turn the mode off in the menu.
On the MRB you enter the code 151 in the menu to deactivate it. Other Monolith models turn it off in the same menu. Once off, the cooling circuit starts and temperatures fall.
Yes, DEMO lighting up on the WF1061 also means the cooling circuit is off for display use. That model needs customer care to deactivate it, so call us if you are unsure.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
